Food Cycle Installations are meant to be artistic-exchange and public engagement moments, in which knowledge creation across the food topics will showcase a physical and spatial manifestation of the proof of concepts developed during the Creative Workshops.
The installations put into practice the skills acquired by selected architects and designers, during the workshops, highlighting the exchange of expertise for implementing sustainable food cycles in cities and raising interest in co-design on food topics amongst new audiences.
Answering the call for ideas of three international workshops, the three best prototypes (one per each partner city) are scaled up and constitute the basis for to put into action the art-installation concepts developed according to the various segment of Creative Food Cycle, and in particular:
